Why is a tech company with a web presence using someone else's platform?
It isn't only Microslop either. I was looking through bug reports for ChromeOS and right in the middle, some Google employee was suggesting people report issues on Reddit. You'd think someone in management would realize how unprofessional the shit looks. I suppose that's too much to ask in the modern age.
You know, I love these 'tech sites'. All these brilliant insights, but somehow, nobody asks a simple question:Windows Latest was first to notice that the word “Microslop” was actively filtered in the official Microsoft Copilot Discord server.

A thought that I had way-back keeps running through my head:
I guess that was the point that I realized that it wasn't going to get better. 2014. I've read the new Coke analogies here and all I can say is that they're completely apt.
Part of the problem, in my opinion, is the desperation. The insatiable desire to be cool. Looking at the old freaks sporting children's haircuts and skinny jeans tells me all that I need to know about the mindset at Microsoft.
That summed up Microsoft pretty well! Sadly, I think it STILL applies until this very day!Steven W wrote: 2014-10-02 01:59 ...Looking at the old freaks sporting children's haircuts and skinny jeans tells me all that I need to know about the mindset at Microsoft.
Although, I don't know if companies like Nvidia is any better, have you seen the guy and his leather jackets? I mean, come'on man, just stop! And so sick of these "presentations", like they go on stage and got a big screen behind them, all phone companies do this too. It disgusts me.
